She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenneth Squire and Susanne Squire (Ogden) of Layton; her grandparents, Spencer, Alice Squire (Cook) of Sandy, Woodrow and Thelma Ogden (Washburn) of Richfield; her stepgrandmother Florence Ogden (Julander) of Richfield; and her mother-in-law Martha K Jacobs (Udink) of Plain City, Utah..
She is survived by : her husband Brad Jacobs; her siblings, Gregory Squire (Jennifer Jackson Squire), Connie Higgs (Jeff Higgs) of Lahaina, Jennifer Edens (Adam Manning) of Layton, Steven Squire (Heather Mcardle) of Layton and Emily Feinauer (Virgil Feinauer) of West Jordan, Utah.; her father-in-law Paul A Jacobs of Farr West, Utah; her siblings-in-law, Micheal Jacobs (Sherry) of Reno, Neveda and Melissa Pendergast (David); and her stepchildren, K'lar, Isaac and Bowen Jacobs of Roy.
