He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Ballif (Jeff) and Lois Berrett; his brother Bruce; his sisters-in-law, Jeanne and Sharon Ballif; his former wife Anne Browning; his daughter Karen Renee Ballif; and his stepchildren, Becky Dodd and James Bull.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kirk (Jodi), Kelli Howe (Tom Mellars), Kathi Flanders (Mike), Susan Williams (Jeff), Cindy Berger (Dave) and Christine Ernest; his stepchildren, Shelley Dunbar (Andrew), Claudia Farish and John Bull; his brother Neil; and his brother-in-law Jon Kent Draayer. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
