He was predeceased by : his parents, Arvol LaVere and Elsie Smith; his foster son Hank C. Fetler; his grandson Nathan Kimber Endicott; and his great grandchild Chloe Ann Endicott.
He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Felter; his children, Kimberlee Endicott (Gene), Darci Roche, Mindy Smith (Chris Sojourner), Kara Auseré (Dave), Arvol Lee Smith, Allen Dale Smith (Emilio Casillas) and Don Charles Smith; and his siblings, DeAnn Meadows (Carl), Ron Smith (Bev) and DeOrr Smith (GayLynn). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
