He was predeceased by: his brother Pedrito; and his parents, Pedro Salazar Yol and Flavia Rodas Hernandez. He is survived by: his wife Julia Berta of Salazar Velasquez; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alex, Leslie, Annabel, Sam, Marcos, Gabby and Lukas; and also, Silvia Payne (Steven), Brigham (Cassandra), Kim (Alisha) and Michael (Jessee).
