She is survived by: her children, Jim Blake, Randy Blake (Teri), Mark Blake (Martha), Cathy Mansfield, Jeff Blake (Coleen), Bob Blake (Becky), Kelly Blake, Gary Blake and Chuck Blake; her sister Bonnie; and her daughters-in-law, Teri Blake and Coleen Blake. She is also survived by her children, 25 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
