She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Lundquist and Bille Lundquist. She is survived by: her husband Tom Jachim; her sons, Mike Jachim (Kathy) of West Haven, Utah, Gregg Jachim (Ava) of Plain City, Utah and John Jachim of Seattle, Washington.; and her siblings, Cindy Lundquist (Dee) of Ogden, Betty Lundquist (Janet) of Seattle, Washington and Bob Lundquist (Pamala) of Moorpark, California. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401).
