He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Herrick (Payne); and his parents, Millard Herrick and Mayme Herrick. He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Pustek (Andrew); and his granddaughters, Aubree Pustek and Alexa Lundskog (Spencer).
