She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris LeRoy and Charlotte Muir Hooper; her husbands, Howard Thomas Evans and Richard Burgin; her daughter Sherie Ann Pettit; and her sons-in-law, Mike Tidwell and Steven Ralph Johanson.

She is survived by: her children, Brent Thomas Evans, Debra LaFaye Tidwell and Jeanie Johanson; and her granddaughters, Winda Lee Tidwell and Cassie Michell Tidwell.
