She is survived by: her children, Cristie Nicholas (Ron) of Washington Terrace, Lex Puffer (Sharon) of Clinton, John Puffer (Roy), Jim Puffer (Jill) of Washington Terrace and Nanci Hart (Brent) of Washington Terrace; and her siblings, Norm Leatham (Joan) of Wellsville and Charlene Lemperle (John) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
