He is survived by: his son Casey Montoya (Catherine); his grandchildren, Dray and Samantha Montoya of Ogden, Utah; his daughter La'Teisha Harper-Montoya; his grandchildren, Keyaira and Tannon Smith of Layton, Utah; his siblings, Rick Montoya of Bountiful, Utah, Reyna Cameron of Eden, UT, Marlene Gurcan of Utah and Mark Montoya (Shambrae) of Liberty, Utah; his aunt Fanny Reta of Montrose, Utah; his uncle Albert Blair of Clearfield, Utah; his former spouses, Deana Newren, Maxine Neverez and Gaynelle Harper; and his fiancée Dianne Dickerson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
