He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Jensen Butler and Wayne Stephens Butler; and his daughter Carol. He is survived by: his wife Camille Carter; his children, Laura, Mark, Wayne, Sarah, Joy, Rex and Philip; and his brother Jay Butler. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Roy (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clinton 30th LDS Ward (3000 West 1800 North, Clinton, Utah 84015).
