He is survived by: his children, K. Dave (Sheila), Dennis (Angie), Sharla (Jason), Agusta (Brian), Amy (Elvin), Annie and Amanda (Chad); his wife Susan Mae Jolley; his siblings, Kent (Graciela), Margaret (Charles), Diane (Scott), Kathy, Becky (Kay) and Shelley; and his parents-in-law, Lucetta, Stephen (Kathy), Diane (Tom) and Terry. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
