We bid farewell to Denise Bouchard (Roy, Utah), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 28, 2025 at the age of 69. Denise touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Denise leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Denise may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father David Bouchard; her siblings, Renee Bouchard and Rex Bouchard; and her nephews, David and Richard Bouchard.
She is survived by: her mother Verda Bouchard; her sister Gayleen Choate; her daughter Chantel Bouchard (Julian Jackson); and her grandchildren, Ezra and Aeris. She is also survived by 2 grandkids and 8 of her neices and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067).
