He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Faulkner and Lorna Faulkner; his wife Yvonne Clark (Bonnie); his son Gary; and his brother Grant Faulkner (Corky).
He is survived by: his children, Jann Kogianes (George) and Mark Faulkner (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Hollie Ashton (Wes), Tyler Jensen, Zachary Faulkner (Rachel) and Mandi Arreola (Will). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Myers Mortuary - Roy (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Roy City Cemetery (5200 S 2300 W, Roy, UT 84067).
