She was predeceased by: her parents, Milne Crouch and Kate Thomas Crouch; and her siblings, Irene Hayes (Mark), Ken Crouch, Glen Crouch, Rex Crouch and Bruce Crouch (Stuart Tague).
She is survived by: her siblings, Dolores Miller (George) and Jerry Crouch; her children, Wade Forbes (Angela), Kate Armitstead (Trevor) and Evan Tolman (Amanda); her stepdaughters, Shelly, Rene, Chris and Angie; her grandchildren, Jake (Elena), Emily, Aubrey, Braden, Everett, Marcus and Jack; and her great grandchild Henry.
