She is survived by: her children, Patrick Pezzella and Katheryne Pezzella Larson (Jordan Larson); her husband Stephen Pezzella; her siblings, Susan Ackerman Fullerton (Danny Fullerton), Victor Harris, Jennifer Wallace Thacker and Nathan Harris (Maria Harris); and her aunt Corrine Godfrey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
She bravely served as a nurse in a Covid-unit during the height of the pandemic, fearlessly and selflessly risking her life to save others, and even through her own battle with cancer continued working as a nurse as long as possible.
In honor of Dianna's giving nature, the family encourages donations to The American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
