He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Nick Cazier (Alonna), Brandon Cazier, Michelle Slama (Jed), Heidi Sandlin (Jason) and Kolton Morley (Maranda); and his sisters, Annette Henderson (Dwight), Sherry Cazier and Susan Barker (Bill). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
