He is survived by: his wife Deb Criswell; his children, Birch Criswell (Vanessa Holmes), Cami Criswell (Kris Berg), Matthew Criswell (Kristyna), Jennifer Cullens (Tracy) and Jamie Garcia (Dennis); and his brother Darwin McPhie (Jean). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, extended family members, friends and neighbors.
