She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Morgan Skinner and Opal Bee Skinner; her husband Frank Roskelley (Tony); her children, Janette and Donald Roskelley; her siblings, Ralph, Donald, Gale, Dennis, Gary, Randy Skinner, BettyJean Verhaal and Cleo Griffin; and her son-in-law Todd Weyburn.
She is survived by: her children, Rosanne Roskelley, Debra Roskelley-Weyburn, Steve (Carol), Douglas (Michelle) and David (Kammi). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Myers Mortuary - Roy (5865 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smithfield City Cemetery (300 E Center St, Smithfield, UT 84335). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Fredrico's Pizza (1349 E 700 N, Logan, UT 84321).
