He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his father Edward Lewis Owens, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Grows of Maryland and Jessica Owens of Georgia; his mother Carma Owens of Kaysville; and his sisters, Linda Mitchell (Tim) of Clearfield and Lisa Carlson (Carl) of Syracuse. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
