Frankie Joseph Locascio Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 76, Frankie Joseph Locascio of Roy, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Frankie Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frankie Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Locascio and Willie Locascio; his daughter Lena Miller; and his grandson Austin Miller. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; and his children, Jeannie Spell (Kerry), Traci Pitcher, Stephanie Bair (Tim), Alesha Pluta (Keith), Dale Locascio (Sarah) and Cody Locascio (Kirsten). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Premier Funeral Services (5335 1950 W St, Roy, UT 84067).
