He is survived by : his former life partner Diana Madsen; his spouse LaDee Eastland; his grandchild Brenna of Durham, CA.; his children, Colton, Jaiden of Tooele and Andrew Jensen (Shirlene); his grandchildren, Parker, Kennady and Jocelyn of Tooele; his great grandchild Donetta Marie Jensen; and his stepchildren, Russ Eastland of New York City and Lisa Cushman of Ball Ground, GA.
