He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Gottlob and Marie Gottlob; and his brother Grant Gottlob. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Kay, Kimberly Jo and Michael Leroy; and his wife Judy Dale Martin. He is also survived by his three children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
