He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Marcellus and Flora Howard Bardwell. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda B. Olsen (Lamont) and Kathleen B. Douglass (Steve Easterman); his wife Kathryn Harry; and his children, Bonnie (Ken Childress), Amanda (Andrew Ward), Zeke (Amanda Bardwell) and Ben (Lyn Bardwell). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 1/2 great‑grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the LDS Chapel (3845 S 2000 W, Roy, UT 84067).
