With solemn reverence, we commemorate Janet Hancock of Roy, Utah, born in Pocatello, Idaho, whose life came to an end on June 13, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Rowe and Alice Rowe; and her siblings, Shirla Collins and Bob Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Holly Pattee (Brad), Heather Erickson and David Erickson (Brandi); her grandchildren, Abbigael Clark-Smith (Chase), Porter Clark, Hunter Erickson and Dari Thomas (Tyler); and her great grandchild Joanne Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 1700 State St, McCammon, ID 83250. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Open House (148 N 2975 W, Layton, UT 84041).
