He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Ulysses Parkin; Joyce Wilkes Parkin Knight. He is survived by: his wife Bette Ann Royland Parkin; his children, Brent "Tiger" Parkin (Lisa) of Columbus, Montana, Deanna "Cupcake" Larsen (Adam) of Clinton, Utah, Craig "Leggit" Parkin of Clinton, Utah and Jake "Baker" Parkin (Mackenzie) of Farmington, Utah.; and his brother Bill Parkin. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
