Jay Robinson Obituary

Jay Randall Robinson of Roy, Utah, passed away March 5, 2020. He was born May 27, 1978, to Steven Robinson and Catherine Cronk Robinson.

Jay graduated from Northridge High School.

He had a kind heart, a very generous spirit, and a great sense of humor. He was fiercely loyal to family and friends, always putting others at ease, making them feel welcome and eased the burdens of many who knew him.

Jay was an avid hunter, loved the outdoors and camped as often as he could. He also enjoyed water and snow sports, basketball, and football. He was a 49er's fan, and he loved to go boating at Lake Powell.

Jay was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

He is survived by his son, Dylan Robinson, father, Steven (Karen) Robinson, mother, Catherine Robinson; Dylan's family: Chris Lane, Austin Lane, Brendan Lopez, Ethan Lopez, Stacey Lopez, and Glynda Merenda; siblings, Rachel (Matthew) Bills, Cassandra (Peter) Gilchrist, Amy (Brandon) Price, Rebekah Robinson, Sarah (Kevin) Marston, and Wesley Robinson.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 13, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. at Myers Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. The family will meet with family and friends prior to services from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations to be made to Myers Mortuary on behalf of the family.
