She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Earl Coon and Anna Coon; her stepmother Laurie Thompson Holley Coon; her sister Carla Coon Jones; and her nephew Joshua Bradshaw.
She is survived by: her husband Leland Robinson; her children, Lee Robinson, Jr. (Alexi), Jac Lindell (Melanie), DeAnna Fife (Jason), Erin Heslop (Alex) and Jeff Robinson; and her siblings, Sheron Bradshaw (Blair) and Kelly Coon (Cindy). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many beloved in-laws.
JoAnne bravely fought against the effects of Parkinson's disease later in her life. She regularly attended a Parkinson's boxing class and even had her very own pair of pink Everlast boxing gloves, much to the delight of her grandchildren.
