She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Nelson and Darlene Nelson; and her sons, Gregory and Brian. She is survived by: her husband Gary D. Turck; her daughters, Julie Gipson (Wayne) and Kathie Valentine (Stephen); her daughter-in-law Lois Turck; her grandchildren, Brandon, Alexandra, Christopher, Grace and Grant; and her siblings, James Nelson (Linda) and Laurie Ogard (Rod). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Kerry requested that a donation to the American Heart Association or Kidney Foundation be made.
