We announce the death of Leah S. Neilson-Okey (Roy, Utah), who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 93. Leah will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Seeley and Orba Sanders Seeley; her former husband Robert Neilson; her son Randy; and her siblings, Beth Sevy (Norman), Marilyn Martinez (Pete), Frank Seeley and Garth Seeley.
She is survived by: her husband Shirl Okey; her daughters, Tammy Garner, Julie Skidmore (Kelly) and Lisa Neilson (Nick Andrews); her brother Larry Dean Seeley (Linda); her sister-in-law Dorthy Seeley; and her daughter-in-law Katie Neilson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
