He is survived by: his wife Carol June Holmes of Montpelier, ID.; and his children, Kristin Longhurst (Telly), Cheri Scott (David), Denise Roskelly (Dyke), Steven Lee Andersen, Emily Bird (Nathan), Cara Lynn Yeager and Brian Andersen (Rachel).
