He is survived by: his children, Brett Garner (Lynda), Bart Garner (Stacy), Jennell Garner, Julianne Garner and Jennifer Garner; and his siblings, Bruce Garner (Jean), Roger Garner (Deborah), Nancy Parker (Don), Wendy Hanks (Walt) and Rick Garner (Doris). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
