He is survived by: his daughters, Nashira, Mandy, Jessica, Miranda and Stephenie; his grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Emma, Ethan, Elijah, Haley, Dylan, Lillian, Caleb, Connor, Charlotte, Caiden, Jaxon and Parker; his brothers, Rick, Michael and Robert Wade; and his father Alan.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (N 650 W, Beaver, UT 84713). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Southern Utah Mortuary (195 N 200 W St, Beaver, UT 84713).
