She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Owen Leaverton of Cleveland, Ohio.; her brother David; her children, Tanya Preisch (Steve), Sean Leaverton (Jennifer) and Eric Leaverton (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Summer Kisner (Dustin), Alex Hansen, Bridgette, Meredith Leaverton, Jordan, Bailey Preisch, Dallon Stephens, Keith Perkins (Brooke), Jazmine, Vincent Stowell, Corbin, Miles, Hunter Kisner, June and Iinà Perkins.
