She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Wade and Elaine Wade; and her nephew Devon Wade. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Justin Lindley (Taibree), Ashlee Lindley (Scott) and Shianne Lindley (Aiden); and her brothers, Larry Wade (Shauna) and Eldon Wade (Vicky).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Book Hotel Lindquist's Roy Mortuary (3333 W 5600 S, Roy, UT 84067).
