He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Wright Bouwhuis and Albert Bouwhuis; his siblings, LeRoy Bouwhuis and Myrna Tremea; and his son-in-law Terry Ogden.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra; and his children, Heidi Ogden (late Terry), Wendy Stewart (Paul), Kurt Bouwhuis (Brooke), Chad Bouwhuis (Sherilynn), Annalee Hoffman (David) and Cory Bouwhuis (Kory Jo). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and many family members and friends.
