He is survived by: his wife Gloria Whitney; his children, Angela Wirick (Tyler) of St. George, Mike Ballard (Angela) of North Ogden, Steve Ballard (Emily) of Ogden, David Ballard (Leslie) of North Ogden and Karen Harris (Tyson); and his sister MaryAnn Ripplinger (Terry) of Safford, Arizona.. He is also survived by Twin Falls, Idaho; 19 grandchildren.
