She is survived by: her husband Earl Downing; her children, Debra Spangler, Koni Knight (Stewart Knight), Curtis Downing (Hilary Downing) and Roxayn Elmer (Myke Elmer); and her grandchildren, Billie Jo Harvey, Yvonne Spangler, Diana Spangler, Brian Spangler, Stephanie Hess, Danielle Castillo, Melissa Howard, Michael Knight, Carson Knight, Dallin Leatham, Austin Downing, Jeramee Elmer, Lindzey Davis and Branden Elmer. She is also survived by spouses; 26 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, three sisters-in law, and numerous friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Monte Vista Branch (3845 S 2000 W, Roy, UT 84067).
