She is survived by: her former husband Oscar Mendoza; her husband Terrance Joseph O'Toole; her children, Theresa Rene O'Toole (Brian), Anna Constante-Torres (Eugene) and Donald O'Toole (Ginny); and her brother Frank Parra. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
