He was predeceased by: his father Clayne Grant Curtis; and his sister Janet Miller. He is survived by: his mother Helen Dunn Curtis; his wife Pauline; his children, Christi Curtis (Chris Acree), Tanya Calder (Kaden), Shauna Curtis and Brad Curtis; and his brothers, Jerry Curtis and Larry Curtis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
