He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cook and Anna Cook (Nielson). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Scott, Lowell Cook (Linda), Kaylene Fetzer (Edward) and Bonnie Robinson (David). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the LDS Church's Humanitarian Fund.
