He was predeceased by : his sons, Tom and Ted Mohr. He is survived by : his siblings, Gladys and Charles Mohr; his stepfather Roy; his wife Alba Rogers; his sons, Rob Mohr (Teresa) and John Mohr (Naomi); his grandsons, Dylan (Micah), Collin, Kellan and Finn; his great grandchild Teddie; and his brothers, Bob, Dick and Jim.

“Dear Alba. I was saddened to hear about your husbands passing. He was such an wonderful gentleman, always smiling and greeting me. We had a lot of laughs together at St. Bens or should I say Ogden Regional. I’m sure he would like me to say St, Bens. Also at St. Bens surgical Center and then Mt. Ogden. You and Tom held a special place in my mothers and fathers heart. My you be comforted at this time. Love Beth England Nelson.”
