He is survived by: his children, Caitlin Hayes (Keith), Emily Bailey (Chance), Kevin Macfarlane (Alex) and Chase Macfarlane (Ashlyn); and his sisters, Jill Taylor (Barry), Trea Nelson (Russell) and Therese Woozley (Tim). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
