He was predeceased by: his father Lew Lutz (Monico); and his partner Afton Bare. He is survived by: his children, Chace, Kevin, Austin, Ty and Kassie; and his siblings, Rod Lutz (Michelle) and Teri Maselli (Lou). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
