He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Loren and Iola Allred Carpenter; and his sister Connie Carpenter Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joan Call; his children, Kenny Carpenter, Tania Peterson (Rodney), Angie Linford (Matthew) and Camille McCormick (Jory); his siblings, Gailene Creager (Max), Terry Carpenter (Les), Robert Carpenter (Carol) and Kim Carpenter; and his caregiver Donette. He is also survived by his wife and children, 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
