He was predeceased by: his parents, David D. Bush and Lorraine Stonebreaker Bush; his stepsons, Tom DeCost and John Ketchum; and his siblings, Craig Bush (Janice), Shelley Bush Goins (Jim) and Lorrie Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his son Ryan Bush; his stepchildren, Lee DeCost, Neal DeCost and Shelley Mehlbauer (Tom); and his sister Christine Hale. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
