He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Phillips and Margaret Phillips of St George, UT.; his son Arden Ray Phillips; his wife Tammy Phillips; his daughter Aly; his uncle Bill; and his aunts, Betty Evely and Sheri Nolan of Gilbert, AZ.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (750 E Fort Pierce Dr, St. George, UT 84790). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770).
