He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lamar Olsen and Lareda Olsen; his former wife Ramona Peterson; and his wife Joanne White. He was also cherished by his wife, all 16 of his children, 49 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 2 beautiful little sisters.
