It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alberta Mae Kalma (Saint George, Utah), born in Newcastle, Wyoming, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Roy Byrnes and Thelma Mae Bradford (Byrnes); and her sisters, Charlotte Marie Atkins and Wyona Lea Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Preston Kalma (Susan), Dwayne Kalma (Lori), Roy Kalma (Tanya) and Nancy Sommers (Denny); her grandchildren, Kylie, Kody, Kason, Toby, Kayla and Tabatha; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Aubree and Anastasia; her husband Thomas Jeffrey Kalma (Tom); and her siblings, Bobbie Jo Allred (Jeff) and Richard Byrnes.
Alberta had a lifelong love of crafting and enjoyed making quilts to donate to others in need.
