He is survived by: his wife Laura Kasandra Matus Diaz; his parents, Brad Seegmiller and Carole Seegmiller; his son Avery; his siblings, Daniel (Jayrin), Bryan (Hayley), Halie (Max Theobald) and Jenna; his in-laws, Efrain and Laura Matus Diaz; Jane, Efrain (Klarissa) and Karina.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Boulder Ridge Stake Center (1762 S River Rd, St. George, UT 84790). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Building (1762 S River Rd, St. George, UT 84790). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the Tonaquint Cemetery (1777 S Dixie Dr, St. George, UT 84770). Alex married his sweetheart, Kasandra, in St. George, Utah on August 28, 2021 during the height of the COVID pandemic, and they were sealed in the Cedar City Temple on June 18, 2022.
